1. Eligibility for Returns

- The return request must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Items such as intimate wear, personal hygiene products, and customized products are not eligible for return.
- Products purchased during sale events or with discounts may not be eligible for returns unless defective or damaged.

2. Refund Policy

- Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2 business days.
- COD orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size-related issues (subject to stock availability).
- If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
- Exchanges must follow the same return eligibility guidelines.
- The exchange product will be delivered to you within 4-7 days.Â
